Meet Zoe
Whilst studying to become a sports therapist at the University of Hertfordshire, I’ve worked within lower league football, supplying pitch-side first aid and rehabilitation. I then went on to work in semi-professional rugby for three seasons before aligning the skills I've learnt to private clients.
My background is heavily sports-based, but it does not stop me from working with the general population. As a sports therapist, my job is to get you back from injury stronger than you were before to stop injury reoccurring. Whether this is returning to sport or returning to pain-free daily life.
I specialise in the assessment and diagnosis of injuries, followed up by rehabilitation and injury prevention. I also provide sports massage to help break down muscle tightness and to aid post-exercise recovery.

Services

Follow-up appointment
A 30-minute consultation allowing for monitoring progress, adjusting rehabilitation programs and applying treatment. Ideal for people who already have a diagnosis and a program.
Sports massage
This is a therapeutic modality that can be used for injury prevention and recovery. Different techniques can be modified for more specific goals. Can also be used for some TLC.
