Lewis Head

Lewis is the founder of Lewis Head Personal Training & Wellness, launching the business in 2020 before expanding and rebranding in 2024 to create a more complete wellness-focused service.
Coming from a strong sporting background, particularly in rugby, Lewis developed a passion for the principles of training, performance, and nutrition from an early age. His coaching philosophy centres around simplifying the process, breaking goals down into achievable steps, and helping clients cut through the confusion often found within the fitness industry.
Lewis focuses on building strong foundations through effective training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. His goal is to equip clients with the knowledge, structure, and support needed to elevate their health, performance, and overall quality of life.
Sports Therapist
Zoe Burrows-Smith

Zoe is a qualified sports therapist with experience working across lower league football and semi-professional rugby environments. Having completed a BSc in Sports Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire, she has developed a strong understanding of injury assessment, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, working with both athletes and the general population.
Her approach focuses on helping clients recover effectively while building long-term resilience to prevent injuries from reoccurring. Alongside rehabilitation, Zoe also provides sports massage treatments to aid recovery, reduce muscle tightness, and support overall physical wellbeing.
Whether clients are returning to sport or simply aiming to move pain-free in everyday life, Zoe delivers a practical and personalised approach tailored to individual needs.

His diverse background spans strength and conditioning, Pilates, sports therapy, and Olympic weightlifting, allowing him to take a truly integrated and intelligent approach to training. As a Poliquin Level 2 Coach and Biosignature practitioner, Joel combines proven methodologies with a refined, results-driven philosophy.
